Worked with both Mary and Pat while purchasing a 2013 Hyundai. My wife and I both enjoyed our purchasing decision at Automotive Avenues. We spoke with Mary on our first visit but when we had any questions Pat would help out on Mary's day off. Austin is a busy man, but took the time to help us one on one. after looking at several vehicles, we test drove the jeep, Austin answered all of the "what is the difference" questions, and we purchased the jeep. all the paperwork was streamlined (had a credit letter from our C/U), Austin filled out the other papers, Jacob did the rest. the most painless experience we have had purchasing a vehicle EVER. the next time anyone we know needs a vehicle, we will suggest Auto Aves. More

Katrina was our sales person. Treated us very well, until she sold us the car. After many attempts to get in touch with her. She finally emailed me back. Tom was great to work with. I test drove several vehicles and pretty much spent all day at the dealership. It was a pretty painless process. I have driven my Oldsmobile Alero for 13yrs, probably 4yrs too long, because of my aversion to car salesmen and the whole car buying ordeal. Automotive Avenues was suggested by someone at my credit unio 4yrs too long, because of my aversion to car salesmen and the whole car buying ordeal. Automotive Avenues was suggested by someone at my credit union, and since I still had the willies from a recent encounter of the unpleasant kind at a Ford dealer in Aurora, I decided to give Automotive Avenues a try. According to my credit union, Automotive Avenues would look for the car I wanted and arrange "viewings". I left a message for Tom Sullivan, he returned my call within the hour. I told Tom what I was interested in and what additional equipment I wanted on the car. True to my credit union's description of what Automotive Avenues would do, Tom had located the car I wanted and we made an appointment to meet at the dealership the next day. I immediately feel in love with one of the vehicles, it was a 'gotta have', Tom introduced me to the fleet salesman Paul. Tom facilitated the completion of all the paperwork, arranged to have the additional items I wanted installed and had Mark walk me through the sales documents. My car was ready in a few days, with Tom keeping my updated on the progress everyday. When my car was complete, Tom had it delivered to my home and it was waiting in the driveway when I got home that night. I was thrilled and felt as if I had gotten celebrity treatment. All I can say about my experience of buying a car through Automotive Avenues is AWSOME! As painless as this car buying experience was, I might get a new car sooner than 13yrs. She is the epitome of professionalism, friendly, and always listens to what it is we need. We are fortunate to have a friend at the dealership to help us when we need it. Today we needed to find a vehicle that was low mileage, newer and that would meet my crazy driving needs, and just like always, Pat found us a perfect deal.
