I had a great experience. I originally began talking with Katerina on the phone and she was very helpful. We scheduled an appointment, but she was out sick and Christian covered for her. We were given a brochure from our credit union to check Automotive Avenues as a possible resource for buying a car. I had contacted Austin Roberts on what we were looking for. I got an immediate response from him and he located the car we were looking for. My husband and I went to the dealership to look at the car and to discuss a possible deal. The experience was very pleasant even for my skeptical husband. We did however check around at different Hyundai dealerships only to learn that Auto Aves was still not only the best price for that vehichle, but the best interest rate and trade in value. We went back the following week to close the deal. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy the 'car buying' process went. We ended up getting a better deal than what we had anticipated and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely recommend Auto Aves. to everyone for their car buying experience. I could not be happier with my experience at Automotive Avenues. I was referred there when I applied for an auto loan through my credit union. Within a day of telling my credit union I was interested i Avenues. I was referred there when I applied for an auto loan through my credit union. Within a day of telling my credit union I was interested in working with Automotive Avenues, I was contacted by Austin's assistant, Jill. I was initially a little concerned when she told me they did not sell new cars, but she explained that they worked closely with dealerships in the area and could have the cars I was interested in driven to the Auto Ave lot so I would be able to test drive them all at the same place. Austin called me the day before my appointment to let me know that unfortunately, because one of the cars I was interested in was a Ford, I would not be able to test drive that car on the Auto Ave lot. The Ford dealership next to Auto Ave does not work with them, so they are not able to bring anything onto their lot. Fortunately, they do have a Ford dealership a little bit further away, so I would still be able to test-drive the car, if I was willing to make one extra stop. On the day of my appointment, Austin and Jill and everyone at Auto Aves was very friendly and helpful. Jill had the cars waiting for me, so I was able to test-drive each of them one right after the other (except for the Ford, which I had to drive about 20 minutes to get to). When I made my decision, the signing was a little on the slow side. Since they did not actually own the vehicle, we had to wait to get the paperwork from the dealership that did. This delayed the process by about an hour and a half. Fortunately, I didn't have anything else planned that day, and the staff at Auto Aves was willing to stay after closing to make sure everything was completed same-day. The extra wait on the paperwork was definitely worth it, considering all the time I saved, and considering how positive my experience with the staff was. Overall, I would strongly recommend purchasing a new car through Automotive Avenues. More

I bought a new 2013 Subaru from Austin Roberts. I spoke to him in the morning and within an hour he had two cars for me to test drive and after that I was out in a flash in my shiny new car.
