Had a great experience today on buying a new truck thank to the help of Eliel and the rest of his team. I dont plan on buying a new truck anytime soon, but if I did I know i would head right back to Eliel t to the help of Eliel and the rest of his team. My experience was not good, and I was very disappointed in the outcome. I was very interested in purchasing a truck and had to reach out to the same sales associate multiple times before he responded. Afte in the outcome. I was very interested in purchasing a truck and had to reach out to the same sales associate multiple times before he responded. After finally connecting, he wouldn't really talk to me and seemed very disinterested in making a sale or even talking through the process. The truck went up in value $3k from when I first reached out until we talked, ultimately causing me to disengage from the sale. More
