I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz in March 2025. I was informed it was a Lemon Law buyback, but Hyundai put a Transmission in it and the car would carry full factory warranty and 12 months / 12,00o I was informed it was a Lemon Law buyback, but Hyundai put a Transmission in it and the car would carry full factory warranty and 12 months / 12,00o miles on the transmission. I have attempted to call AA for service on the transmission which is now slipping reverse and need it fixed. they told me to go back to Hyundai and they would service it. I have called 2 local Hyundai dealers who have refused to touch the "lemon". I called Hyundai America and they said the dealer have the right to refuse service. so as it stands, I have no warranty on a car with 16000 miles.
