In short buyer beware. Contacted dealership, told me they had truck available. Told Larry in internet sales I was coming to purchase. Drove 90 min to dealer. Walked inside Contacted dealership, told me they had truck available. Told Larry in internet sales I was coming to purchase. Drove 90 min to dealer. Walked inside sat down after 15 minutes told truck was sold. Then I was offered a similar truck $3,000 more in replacement of that one I felt like it was bait and switch. I'm glad I only had to drive 90 minutes as opposed to somebody coming two or three four hours away to buy a vehicle getting there and finding it sold, very disheartening. I'd rather pay a little more from a honest car dealer. Then again, there probably aren't any left... More

Great experience. Wide selection for most makes and models. No haggle prices were reasonable. Our Sales Consultant was Mike T. He took the time to explain everything a Wide selection for most makes and models. No haggle prices were reasonable. Our Sales Consultant was Mike T. He took the time to explain everything and allowed us to test drive 2 cars. After the paperwork was completed (very simple process) he walked us out to our car on which he had placed a big red bow. Then he took a picture of us standing next to our "new" car. We won't go to any other dealership in the future. Thanks Mike!! More

Terrible experience, called to confirm vehicle was available, spoke to sales rep who informed me it was available, scheduled an appointment for test drive, informed sales rep I had a 2 hour trip and w available, spoke to sales rep who informed me it was available, scheduled an appointment for test drive, informed sales rep I had a 2 hour trip and was told “no problem we will hold the vehicle”. Arrive 10 minutes after my appointment time due to traffic, checked in with the receptionist, told they would get the vehicle and let me see it. After 10 minutes of waiting vehicle comes pulling into the lot, as I approached another a sales rep said “someone else is looking at this vehicle”. I explained I had an appointment and he said “so do these people”, spoke with the manager and he said “sometimes this happens”, spoke with the original sales rep, he offered me $500 off anything else in their inventory to compensate for my time, nice offer but was looking for a specific vehicle which they had listed. After I explained they completely wasted my time due to scheduling multiple people to view the same vehicle at the same time they tried to tell me this is normal business practices. Don’t waste your time with these people as they are a faceless business and just point fingers at each different employee. Just another sleazy dealer, bet the vehicle was junk anyhow. More
