Every vehicle we offer for sale is safety checked before being fully serviced in our 25,000 square foot reconditioning center. This vehicle was no different. The tires were measured and found to be 5/32 in front, and 7/32 in the rear. This would indicate a remaining life of approximately 10,000 miles for the front, and 12,000 miles for the rear, however the photo of the inside of one of the front tires clearly shows excessive wear and a tire that should be replaced. I do want to point out that the reviewer did have an independent inspection performed on the vehicle, which reported the exact same tire depths as we did in our inspection. Clearly he missed the inside of the tire as well. We have reached out to the reviewer multiple times, left numerous messages, but have yet to hear back. If an error is made, or something is missed, we are always easy to reach and ready to work with the customer to resolve any concerns. While rushing to write a negative review may bring some instant satisfaction, it does not help resolve the issue, and likely takes more time than reaching out to us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the concern. What Bill is leaving out is I did reach out to them as soon as I noticed the tires. They placed blame on the Inspector! Told me to take it up with him! I called the inspector (Tom) and he said, and I have this in writing from him, that he told the the dealer about the tire issues and they declined to fix them. If need be I can post a picture of Tom telling me this. Point being, you all knew about the problem at least a weak before my review and you did nothing but place blame on someone else. Stop trying to discredit my reviews pleas. I have been nothing but respectful and I honestly tried to take care of this myself after no one would help me. I also want to add that there is no way you checked out anything behind the tires because the wheels need a specific Jaguar key to even get them off. There is no key in the car and unless you all kept the key I don't see how you took them off to check anything. Someone here is lying and its not me. Did Tom tell you about the tires and you declined to fix them? Or is he making that up? According to you, you both missed it but Tom says otherwise. Again I have this in writing if you need proof.
