Undisclosed to me the car arrived with one key and no code for the door keypad. I used the inspection service they recommended for $300 since I'm not local and bought the car sight unseen. The inspecto code for the door keypad. I used the inspection service they recommended for $300 since I'm not local and bought the car sight unseen. The inspector didn't catch the missing key fob or the nonfunctional door keypad. Ford dealer wants $350 to make a key and finding the door keypad code that's supposed to be on the missing owners card requires the dealers computer to retrieve. Once the car arrived I asked for a key to be sent to me with the title but the title arrived without the key or an explanation why not. Also, shipping missed pickup 2 times and delivery promises 3 times. More

I’ve heard about this dealership before by seeing ads and word of mouth so I had to see what they were about myself , I went in for a 2012 Dodge Durango R/T and was greeted by Rich first off nicest guy and r word of mouth so I had to see what they were about myself , I went in for a 2012 Dodge Durango R/T and was greeted by Rich first off nicest guy and real was honest and upfront about everything from start to finish, I was able to relate to him off the bat and I really appreciated the fact that my best interest was his best interest and the GM Vinny was also very informative and open and honest as well, those guys got me back $4,000 on my lease that had nothing to do with them , I didn’t know this but your lease grows equity who knew but thank you Rich and Vinny for all the help and information I really appreciate you guys thank you again I will definitely be going back for my next Vehicle !!!!!! More
