At first, my experience with Automotive Avenues was pretty good. Gina was helpful, and things seemed fine during the buying process. But after the purchase, everything went downhill. The car had a real pretty good. Gina was helpful, and things seemed fine during the buying process. But after the purchase, everything went downhill. The car had a really bad smell, which I was told might’ve just been from a previous owner having a pet. Later, I found out it was actually severe mold under the seat storage area. When I told the dealership, they said they’d clean it, but the issue was way worse than that. Then, just two days later, the car wouldn’t even start. I spent the whole Labor Day weekend going back and forth with the dealer, stuck without a vehicle and no real help. In the end, I did get a refund, but the whole experience was stressful and disappointing. More
