After a few (3) telephone inquiries into the vehicle I was interested in the Patriot Latitude 4wheel drive with leather, heated seats and navigation were answered along with pricing details regarding any rebates I was sold on the disclosure of all details to include the invoice price on the vehicle. the sales person was respectable in all aspects of the sale. I did a consumers report referencing to ensure this was going to be a fair deal. After an internet and telephone call I should up without notice and met the salesperson which was friendly and straight forward on all the details. The deal transpired from start to end no time at all and I was shown the features of the vehicle and given a detailed DVD to watch which I did. Also, the life time plans for maintenance is a first I had ever heard of allowing the contract to last the entire lifetime of the original owner for repairs. Other Jeep dealerships may want to employ this sales team from the sales person (Mauricio), sales manager to the finance manager which combined left a taste of no pressure and fairness in the air. We found the vehicle on the Internet. He knew the product and he took care of us by ensuring we had all the things needed, ie: a cargo cover for the back, an owners manual for the vehicle and ensuring that some scratches would be taken care of. We called the day after noticing the floor mats missing and Mauricio made sure we had them. He gave us a brand new set. Neil took care of all the necessary paperwork. It was very easy. Terri in Finance did an excellent job at explaining all the options that were available for us regarding maintenance and service. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Neil and Terri offered us water, coffee or tea and seemed genuine in ensuring that the purchase process was as quick as possible. We never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle.
