We found the vehicle on the Internet. He knew the product and he took care of us by ensuring we had all the things needed, ie: a cargo cover for the back, an owners manual for the vehicle and ensuring that some scratches would be taken care of. We called the day after noticing the floor mats missing and Mauricio made sure we had them. He gave us a brand new set. Neil took care of all the necessary paperwork. It was very easy. Terri in Finance did an excellent job at explaining all the options that were available for us regarding maintenance and service. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Neil and Terri offered us water, coffee or tea and seemed genuine in ensuring that the purchase process was as quick as possible. We never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. We live nearly a hundred miles from this dealership but were induced to buy a car from them because of a good price and very friendly contacts via phone and internet.
