Tanner helped me last week when I brought my 2013 Subaru for service. He noticed that rodents might be hanging out on my engine at night and recommended a device that would ward them away. He also brought up outstanding recalls and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the service shop fixed my Outback. Turns out all the exterior lights went out at the same time and the rodents didn't chew the wires (thank goodness!). Service service managers and employees are always so kind, very professional, and pay attention to details. One concern I had was that the discontinued service of the shuttle.
