I had an appt at 145. It took them almost 1 her before they were able to start the oil change. Andrew the service tech explained they were running behind but it seems they why have an appt and have it s they were able to start the oil change. Everything was done well and nothing bad to say expect having a time and still running behind defeats the purpose. Andrew was very good. More
