Well this is my second Subaru from Bob Baker. 13 years ago and then Monday April 26th. Everything was extremely professional. I had such a great experience with this dealership. Hugh got me set up with a 2018 Impreza. I told him I wasn't sure which models I wanted to test drive, and that I had a few I'd be interested in. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I was behind the wheel, only about 20-30 minutes had transpired. I immediately felt that this car was for me! I asked about financing, and I wasn't sure I was a candidate or how any of that worked. Hugh walked my husband and I through the process. I felt supported the encouraged the whole time, never feeling pressured. Within 30 minutes I was approved to finance my new car, and I am so happy with it! I have had my newly adopted Subaru for about 3 weeks now and I am completely satisfied. My battery went out on my key fob, so I drove over and Hugh replaced it for me, wham, bam, done. I will definitely be recommending Bob Baker Subaru to anyone who is looking for a car. More
