The vehicle was leased, with the lease period ending 4/21/21. With the lease, I purchased an option for all service during the lease period. Your service center always calls informing us that the vehi 4/21/21. With the lease, I purchased an option for all service during the lease period. Your service center always calls informing us that the vehicle is ready for the scheduled maintenance. On 4/12, we received such a call, and we scheduled the service for 4/16 (during the lease period). Upon getting this work done, we were told that this was not covered by the lease-prepaid service agreement. We argued to no avail, and paid for the service. It's a petty thing and a small amount, but I believe that your were completely wrong - it was during the lease period, and we were not told during the scheduling that the service cost was not covered. I have purchased 5 cars from Bob Baker, and will be looking for a new Subaru soon - but I will probably shop elsewhere. More

Zach was absolutely incredible!! I live in Northern California and was in Vista for a family emergency when my car broke down. He was so helpful and so kind.
