Our salesperson Vanessa was amazing. She is new, but worked hard to get us what we were looking for. Sales manager Lance was an absolute terror, rude as can be, he should be fired. Whereas my experience with Bobby was great I have to give the Service Department a horrible review. First, my car is under an Extended Warranty and although VW corrected something that they "found" (leaky t the Service Department a horrible review. First, my car is under an Extended Warranty and although VW corrected something that they "found" (leaky transmission fluid), they notified the warranty company that I had complained of this which wasn't true. The second and biggest issue I have with the Service Department and my last visit is they said I needed a realignment of all 4 tires, new brakes because I was at 3 mm and rotors because they had been affected. I just got my car back from my mechanic who inspected my car and was told I definitely do not need new brakes because I am just under 8 mm and my rotors are fine and as I mentioned to Bobby when he recommended it in regards to my alignment, I had just had this done at the end of August... SHAMEFUL More
