The initial visit was awesome customer service. I came in for an oil change and was informed there was an airbag recall. After that it was poor communication. I was given a rental car for an airbag recall on for an oil change and was informed there was an airbag recall. After that it was poor communication. I was given a rental car for an airbag recall on Wednesday. Received a call on Thursday (no voicemail left, although I became aware that it was full and unable to leave a message, so my bad there.) I called back on Thursday and couldn’t get through to talk to a human being so I ended up calling enterprise just to find out what was going on, they said it had been extended another day so I was good. I called service on Friday and left a voicemail and never got a call back about the status of my vehicle, the whole time worried about getting charged for extra days on the rental, it was very stressful. I FINLLY was able to call in Saturday morning and get a hold of someone who said my car had been finished since Thursday. I had to leave work on a Saturday, missing sales opportunities and my lunch break. I finally get my car back at the dealership and there were multiple thick wires hanging down near the gas pedals for a system the previous owner had installed. I don’t mind that but I expected to get the car back the way I had turned it in. After calling the mechanic over to explain what they were, I had him put the wires back up under the dash where they were originally. Everyone I spoke to and worked with in person were very friendly and professional l, but the customer service / answering the phone was abysmal. I was being charged a fee daily to insure the rental car and ended up driving it around for two days longer than needed because of the poor communication. I came to Bob Baker because I’m a new (used) Subaru owner and wanted to go to the experts, but I ended up feeling like one of a thousand other customers who just got lost in the shuffle. More
