Second time to dealer. Waited 5 hours both times for warranty work. No shuttle or coffee and they won’t even sell the drinks in the fridge of the parts department. I had a 10:15 appointment, but when I arrived thete was a line of cars out to the street. The wait to be checked in was about 10 minutes.
