I’m a bit late with my review but it is well deserved. In September, I brought my new forester in for its first free oil change under warranty. He answered my questions, was friendly and personable, and even gave us a curtesy call because the car was done sooner than expected. I’ve hated dealing with dealerships in the past but I can honestly say that Bob Baker Subaru has changed my mind for the better. If they are this great during a pandemic I can’t imagine the quality of service when restrictions are lifted. Choose this dealership if you want friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service! More
