He took the time to explain what was going on so I could understand the problem and what it took to fix the problem. (I had a bad axel). My car is now back to running awesome. And I feel like I can trust the team at this location. I want to add I've been to other dealerships that tried to upsell me into oblivion and kept me out of the loop and just over all been really xxxxty.
