I think that a lot of people (at least I do) have a natural mistrust of car dealerships. I'm constantly worried of being ripped off or played. But I was proven wrong by the team here. He took the time to explain what was going on so I could understand the problem and what it took to fix the problem. (I had a bad axel). My car is now back to running awesome. And I feel like I can trust the team at this location. I want to add I've been to other dealerships that tried to upsell me into oblivion and kept me out of the loop and just over all been really xxxxty. I could not make my original appointment and decided to take a chance and just drive in. Bobby told me, that would be no problem just leave the car with me and I’ll call you when it’s finished.
