This is an outstanding dealership. I was working with another dealership until I requested a quote for a vehicle from Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru. Jill Robertson responded to my reques I was working with another dealership until I requested a quote for a vehicle from Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru. Jill Robertson responded to my request promptly and the quote was well below that of other Subaru dealerships. I decided that I would buy the vehicle or at least leave a deposit because it was in transit and not expected to arrive until early February. I arrived to the showroom and met Jill Robertson who was very friendly and directed me to Hugh Stewart who would be handling the transaction and our needs. I gave the vehicle info to Hugh. I told him that I would leave a deposit or whatever was required to secure the vehicle. Hugh stated that he didn’t need a deposit. When the vehicle arrived we would then fill out the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. I was shocked that a deposit wasn’t required but felt reassured that this organization is that confident in their product and professionalism. Hugh told us that the vehicle we requested might be at another Subaru location and if so he could have it delivered. Sure enough the Outback requested was somewhere in the county and would be delivered while we went to lunch. We returned to the dealership and completed all the paperwork while our car was detailed and filled up with fuel. Hugh then gave us a detailed orientation of the vehicle and it’s functions. The Subaru Outback Onyx met and exceeded all of our expectations. Hugh and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and outgoing. How refreshing to buy a vehicle and not have to haggle or have last minute surprises that were not presented at the beginning of the transaction. I would highly recommend Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru to friends, family, and those seeking a great experience at a family oriented dealership. I have purchased several vehicles from various car dealerships and this was the easiest and best experience I have encountered. I had no quells with the service. Everything was great, and there was no sense of adding unnecessary parts to a basic oil change. The only thing was the shuttle service did not pick me up after an hour, w and there was no sense of adding unnecessary parts to a basic oil change.
