It is very difficult to take photo's of your interior and exterior on every item on every car that comes in for service. When your VW came in we did the best we could do on the walk around it is just not possible to inspect every thing. Some of the items just seem to be ware and tear due to time and miles. Thanks

Wear and tear? I don’t think it’s the issue and I don't agree to your response, every car owner is different when it comes to the level on how they take care of their car. What is the point of doing initial exterior inspection with every car that comes in for your service if its not possible to inspect everything? I don't think a scratch on the bumper is hard to see. I'm sure if you take pictures like Lexus do will help alleviate this issues with your department and customer. I did not pay $41K to own my car and invest on clear paint film protection for added protection if I don't care at all. It took 22 days to get my car back for a simple switch replacement due to wrong parts, incorrect/damaged trim interior installation?! When I spoke to the Service Director one of the response I got regarding my concerns was “I don’t know how did it happen” What kind of response is this? did you even talk to your technician or service advisor on why am I so concerned about my car? You guys have surveillance camera right? Why not utilized it to figure out how my bumper got scratched and dented the passenger fender ? And I don’t think it’s appropriate to tell me/your customer “Maybe this is not the right service/dealership for you” How would you feel if you hear this from the "Expert" as a customer ? this is the statement I received from VW Service Director. Is this how you deal with customers having concerns with their vehicle? This is not a good customer service at all. It is unfortunate that this happens to a customer like me who cares and value his car. If I would have known this is going to happen I would've brought my car to another service center. Since all concerns I brought up to your attention is not going to get address I will seek more advise through VW Customer Care Team and hopefully they will listen and take action.
