Great sales team, not so good finance Bob Baker had a great sales team, experienced, friendly and no pushy. Then we were told their credit card processing machine is down; basically meant they are not too willing to accept credit card. It's such a bad business practice; they should just say we don't' accept credit card when asked. Lastly, they tried to sell you a bunch of 3rd party protection/warranty packages which are waste of time. More
