It was finished in a timely manner, four hours or less even though they had to replace the brake pads. Lea Dannals was very knowledgeable. I had a question about a low tire pressure warning light and she understood how the system works and explained it to me. I have always had this vehicle serviced at this dealership. When I brought it in in September of 2018, I was told the 30K service would be about $300. Seven or eight months later the price had gone up $200, to $500. I intend to keep my Forester for awhile but if the cost of repair starts to equal my car payments I might have to reconsider. More

I called this morning telling them what I was looking for and they had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived a few hours later. I was able to take a quick test drive. The finance discussion was well-informed and it was easy for me to make my decision. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and informative, answering all of my questions. I’ve always thought buying a new car was such a hassle, but they made it easy for me to get exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. Bill and Terry were extremely professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. More
