I waited 3 hours for my car before asking for an update. I understand waiting at dealerships is normal, but 3 hours and I have to be the one to check in on the status of my car? Finally at 4:45pm they called me… giving me 15 minutes to respond before they close. Ridiculous. Communication is key, and I wouldn't have been as upset as I was had they communicated the actual wait time. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you're just going to take the whole day before even looking at my car? Just a bummer.
