I always appreciate the customer service here! The guys are always willing to stop what they’re doing and help. Just today, I came in late to pick up my car, so I asked one of the service guys if The guys are always willing to stop what they’re doing and help. Just today, I came in late to pick up my car, so I asked one of the service guys if he could figure out where my key was. He immediately stopped what he was doing, which I did not expect, and found my key and brought it to me. The Service people are also good at communicating, they explain what they’re doing and repair my car at a reasonable price. I can tell customer service is a priority, and I’ve never been someone who brings my car to the dealer for repairs. More

I had come in a few years ago and did not have a good experience with the sales team howeve requirements and did what they were able to to meet them. Did not know tires problem was not part of bumper to bumper warranty. But service manager made sure I only paid for tge parts. I set up the appointment but after I was checked in it took two hours for t bumper warranty. But service manager made sure I only paid for tge parts. I set up the appointment but after I was checked in it took two hours for the tire diagnosis and fix. While I was waiting I see one employee was in the bay area and working on a motorcycle which I feel takes away some resources and added to the reason why services takes too long. More
