The customer was NOT scammed or defrauded in any way. We explained the aftermarket warranty in full detail with cost` and he signed for it. As for the refund, we told the customer it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the warranty refund to be applied to his deal and has since been taken care of.

More Lies from Autos of Dallas.... It has been almost a year since i canceled my warranty (6-5-2020), and there's still no sign of any refund issued by them. My question to Autos of Dallas is Show me proof with a date when the refund was sent? I have proof and i can show statements from day one that NO refund was ever sent to me. This is the time when Autos of dallas can show that they are not a fraud. We'll see....

While this customer is correct in a few details, some info is missing and some is inaccurate. 1) The vehicle was shipped a little later than most but was due to some touch-up that needed to happen on the rear bumper. The customer was fully aware of this and was kept abreast of the progress. 2) The customer misstated that " the vehicle was rated at 9.8". We DO NOT and HAVE NEVER used a rating system and is ludacris to suggest any used car dealer would do so! As well, we took a walk-around video of the vehicle just prior to loading on the shipping truck and sent that video to the customer showing no damage, and it clearly shows no damage to the mirrors. In fact, the customer looked back at the video and confirmed to AoD that there was no damage prior to shipping. This must have happened during the shipping process and should have been claimed by the shipper. As well, the customer is dishonest in saying we "agreed that the mirror should have been fixed prior to shipping". If the damage would have been there, then the paint shop would have seen it and fixed it the same time he did the rear bumper. 3) When we found out that the vehicle had no spare tire, we told him that we had ordered one and is being shipped directly to his address and he was aware of this prior to writing his review. 4) There were NO dents in the vehicle prior to shipping and again, the video shows that. We have door dings removed as soon as we receive the vehicle.
