At least here you get some for those fees from what was explained to me. You get key fob replacement plan, car tracker capabilities, and a little added lost / stolen reimbursement . Bob was great and fast with response time got my car cleaned and paint protector application applied fast. Cons Finance is slow as aways. But i have had worse. Started working with one finance personnel in the middle he just left and never came back and some guy I had no idea who he was took over. Im old school start something see it thru. More
