Not only that I have friends who wanted to buy luxury cars for their car service line in Downtown Dallas and they lost out on a 30-40 car one deal because of Justin. You don’t treat people with no respect and belittling them because you “think” they can’t afford a car. More

He was upfront, caring and had an inviting demeanor. Johnny gave us "star treatment" by giving us his undivided attention! We visited about a month ago, and that's when we met Johnny. We told him what our wish list items were, and he remembered when we returned. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the dealership as well as Johnny! More

I'm nearly 70 and this is easily the best and most painless car buying experien My wife and I recently bought a 2015 BMW 528i through Autos of Dallas. I'm nearly 70 and this is easily the best and most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Robert Moses, was attentive without being overbearing like many car salesmen, polite, knowledgeable and definitely customer friendly. He made sure the car was prepped and ready when we got there and even had some cosmetic flaws fixed before we took the car. The credit application process was ready when we arrived and the entire experience was less than 90 minutes - in and out. We got a great luxury car at well below KBB prices with low mileage in excellent condition and spent far less than we would have at a new car dealership. If you're going to buy a car you can't go wrong by going to Autos of Dallas and you'll do yourself a big favor if you ask for Mr. Moses. Both are class acts in my opinion. Thanks. Extremely Rude I came in to look at vehicles with a friend, Chris Miller, did not ask any questions besides, what car did I want to test drive. I test drove the vehicle, and came back inside and he said "so what are we doing here?" and I was confused. He then goes on to argue with me about my insurance. Once that conversation was over, he then asks, "so what do you want to do" and I asked was there a problem or was he in a rush, and he said "I have 3 real customers I'm working with"......I was so shocked that he was so rude and also that I wasn't a real customer when he knew nothing about me or why I was there. Ended up working with someone else, but never went back. Based off of other reviews, I clearly dodged a bullet. More
