Expedited service I called ahead about the car I wanted to purchase and had Bryan tell me everything he could about it. He emailed the CarFax and reviewed it with me. I then provided my personal information over the phone and they had me pre-approved in about 5 min. I drove to Dallas, from Austin, checked everything out just as he said and drove back to Austin in my Land Rover after signing all the papers. Daniel showed me the CarFax on the car before we even pulled the car out for us to see (I also ran it myself to verify it matched, which it did). After a test drive there was no pressure to immediately buy and we were invited to take our time, there was no pressure to use dealer financing, no hard sell on extended service plans, or any of the other usual hallmarks of car buying.
