Just Plain Awesome Looked on Google and found Autos of Dallas. Found 3 Mercedes that interest me. Met with David who helped me locate the 3 cars at the dealership. Didn' Looked on Google and found Autos of Dallas. Found 3 Mercedes that interest me. Met with David who helped me locate the 3 cars at the dealership. Didn't have time to test drive one that day. Called the next day and scheduled a time to test drive my first choice. When I arrived it was out front ready for me. After the test drive, I purchased it. My girlfriend and I had Daniel Roth and his father as our reps. They were absolutely great and very helpful. They did not pressure us to buy at all. We ended up getting a 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 with under 10k for about 30k after taxes, title, safety check, etc.. It was an excellent experience and I hope to come back in a few years after we pay off the Mercedes. More

I'm extremely happy with the car that I bought but my experience was horrible. Micah was my sales guy. Without getting into too much details here's how he disappointed me: - Promised to send video/images of the car before shipping it- never did - Gave me incorrect information on delivery date of my car - When I noticed a crack on the rear lights when the car was delivered, he told me that he would sort it out. Since then, he never replied back to my text messages, calls, emails and voicemails.. basically treated me like an ugly girl after the first blind date - Lost the inspection paper (delayed my registration by 2 months), told me to get it done myself, then he found the paper but never cared enough to let me know so I don't waste time getting the inspection done -When I asked him how my inspection paper was lost, he rudely responded: " you think you are special? we do 100 cars a day and it is expected.. if you want your car registered, get the inspection done and send it to me" . Never offered me a simple apology. All and all, stay away from Micah.. go with Roth or their manager Bashara (reasonable guy). More

I called the dealership to see about test driving the vehicle and when I arrived, they had it parked up front and ready for me to take a drive in it. I didn't have any salesperson pressuring me into buying the car, which I like. I had gone to other dealerships before and they would keep me there by trying to convince me to buy when I specifically told them I'm just looking. This was not the case at Autos of Dallas. After thinking about purchasing the car, I called and spoke with David and said I'd be by later to buy the car. We talked about the car and when I got to the dealership, I had the paperwork I needed and David did the dealership paperwork. I had all my finance paperwork take care of,beforehand and I was in my new car in no time. This was a fast and a no hassle car buying experience which I liked. Thanks! More

Quick, easy, FAIR price. Went in to purchase a Lexus IS250 Convertible that I saw on the website. Called and DJ was courteous over the phone.
