Very Nice Vehicles at Reasonable Prices This dealer has some very nice upscale vehicles, and most are stored in doors. I was pleased with the service I received from Micah and the person han This dealer has some very nice upscale vehicles, and most are stored in doors. I was pleased with the service I received from Micah and the person handling the business side. I did pay the asking price because I felt the vehicle was priced right already. Note that this is a used car dealership and the little extra perks that new car dealerships offer are not available here. I flew in from out of state to drive my vehicle home, and requested a shuttle from the airport to the dealership. None was available nor was the offer extended to pay the transportation charge. I also was only supplied a fourth of a tank of fuel (14.5 gallon tank) for my trip home. These are not big things but the type issues that prevent a five star. I would rate my salesman (Micah) above average. Of course car salesman generally offer good customer service since that is the profession's requirement. More

Runaround Waste Of Time!! Called at 10 am Saturday morning and sales guy said car would be ready to look at when I got there between 11-12. Traveled over an hour to get there t Called at 10 am Saturday morning and sales guy said car would be ready to look at when I got there between 11-12. Traveled over an hour to get there to have the sales hack say that car was getting oil change and it would be another 15 minutes. Waited patiently but 30 minutes later Sales hack tells me that it would be another 30 minutes because they couldn't find oil filter. Runaround starts! Offered me a water and told me to come back in 30 minutes. Ran around in Addison for 1.5 hours killing time and had to call them to see if car was ready! Are you kidding me! Who is the customer? Called manager and told him about experience thus far with no apology at all. Went back to drive the car almost 2 hours later. At this point, I knew I wasn't buying from them but wanted to drive the car so I could buy elsewhere. Funny thing, just gave me the keys without any drivers license or information and we just drove off. Returned to have no sales hack there following up! Gave keys to receptionist who really shouldn't be in a position of greeting anyone. At end of day, thanks for letting me test drive the car I will be buying elsewhere. Might want to consider training some of your people on customer service and less on dressing up in suits! Looks can be deceiving! More

Shortly after walking in micah Nease approached us and wasted no time. We had been to other dealerships where it seemed they did not care wether they sold a car or not. Micah made our experience there pretty much perfect. Even though it was very busy that saturday afternoon, he kept us entertained and went over everything carefully and made sure we both understood everything. We bought the audi that night and he stayed after closing on monday night to wait for her to come pick the car up. We recieved excellent customer service from micah and for the first time in my life i actually enjoyed the experience, not just driving away. I will not hesitate to refer anyone to autos of dallas in the future More
