The car is amazing and Glenn walked me through everything the car has to offer. Glenn was patient and kind and I couldn't have asked for more from a salesperson. The customer service experience he delivered was impeccable. While finalizing the paperwork, I realized that my lease term was for 39 months though I had agreed on 36 with Jane who is the manager. When I asked her why it was 39 she told me we agreed to it on the phone. I admit I was a little blindsided and annoyed after already being there for 45 minutes and unable to go to another dealership because it was late in the evening so I just agreed and moved on to get the whole process over and done with. While it wasn't a serious blindside, it definitely left me feeling annoyed with my experience with Jane. All in all, I would still rate the entire experience as a good one and would still recommend the dealership to my friends and family. I would just strongly urge they review the terms especially when discussing something over the phone with Jane. More

Fair price--no pressure to either upgrade or "close the deal". Finance department-Mike Fazio was also helpful regarding finance options. "In-house" car registration was another plus. Even car insurance was handled in advance. Bottom line, best car purchasing experience I have had. More
