Armed with a lease pull ahead program offered by another dealership (hint rt22) We decided to go to this more local dealer to take a much more concerted look at the 2017 RDX. "Mr.Suspenders" since we never really had a proper introduction, had no salesmanship and lacked any inter-personal skills, I knew more about the RDX-Tech than he did, we asked to test drive or can we see a car out of inventory in Phantom Blue for a close up look and he was in quicksand. The mere notion an agressive offer was in our hands, dried him up. Snickers and condesending looks from others milling around was uncomfortable. The showroom was empty, on this tuesday night, whats that tell you. Each time our leases come up we give a few Acura dealers a chance to make their best offer. Denville Acura is hands down the worst at negoiating, they make no effort to compete and earn your business. This is their 3rd strike and by far the worse ever customer service ever! When we told him the offer we had in hand, he BOASTED he completed deals $80 more per month more than we got with the dealer that had won our business three times in a row now. Word to the wise shop around and stay away from these guys, they are unprofessional and do not aggresively look to move cars. More

I had completed some shopping around, taking a couple other SUV's into consideration, but as soon as I looked at the RDX, it was evident that the other manufacturers didn't even come close. Acura has proved to me, time and time again, that they have a superior product and offer it at a reasonable cost. After deciding on the RDX, I thought the only thing that could have made my experience better was to find a salesperson who was pleasant, knowledgable and did all he could to meet my every expectation of the transaction.
