Being nice gets you business As my 2013 MDX lease was coming to an end, I needed to buy or lease another car. I dreaded going back to the dealership.... I did go back to check out As my 2013 MDX lease was coming to an end, I needed to buy or lease another car. I dreaded going back to the dealership.... I did go back to check out the 2016 RDX and MDX. The salesman who sold me the car 3 years ago was as nice as I had remembered however, the manager is another story. Rude, sexist and pushy. My next visit to a car dealership was a landrover dealer where I had a wonderful experience. Since this car was to be a family car for long trips I wanted my spouse's input concerning the car selection. Last ditch effort we went to the Denville dealership where Steve Victor helped us as soon as we arrived. After test driving both models, it was clear that we would be leasing an MDX. We were both very pleased with the car - it's a beautiful car and drives like a dream! It really could sell itself, but of course you need dealers and salemen. Mr Victor is a true professional, knows his product and is just an overall nice guy.if it wasn't for him and his team at Denville, Acura would have lost a customer.
