Great sales/finance team! I don't usually write reviews but after my experience at Acura of Denville I felt the need to. I recently considered trading in my Audi for a differen I don't usually write reviews but after my experience at Acura of Denville I felt the need to. I recently considered trading in my Audi for a different vehicle and came across Acura of Denville. I stopped in this past weekend to look at a TSX they had in stock and ended up finalizing on the deal and leaving with the car a few hours later. William Smith was my sales consultant and he did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. His attitude and demeanor was very pleasant and easy to get along with. Mike Fazio over in the finance department explained everything thoroughly and gave me options as opposed to pressuring me to sign paperwork like some other dealers sometimes do. Overall I can say that thanks to both Will and Mike I left a satisfied customer and without a doubt would not mind taking the 1+ hour trip north to deal with Acura of Denville again. More

He was also willing to work with me on the cost, trade in value of my old vehicle, etc. His sales manager Jane was excellent to work with as well. The car I wanted was on the lot. I arrived there late in the day and they would have done everything possible to have me drive away that night even if it meant working past closing. I want to be clear that I tend to only give 4 stars as I always feel there is room for improvement. Though I think Steve was excellent. More
