When coming in to test drive the car I was shown the main features of the car and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Since we did not have referrals to any of the sales personnel there, we decided to ask for Steve Victor, whose name seems to be popping up all the time in most of these positive reviews. After dealing with him, it was easy to see why he's earned his reputation and Acura Gold Master sales status. Steve was courteous, accommodating, knowledgable and very easy to work with. Even after we closed the deal (which was fair) on a 2015 SH-AWD TECH model with a few add-on accessories, he spent extra time with us after the dealership closed to explain some of features of the vehicle we didn't have time to cover earlier, as well as help us get the infotainment system set up. As for the rest of the dealership, the other staff members were courteous as well and didn't mind our children playing in and around the cars in the showroom. It also seemed like they had a good selection of MDXs available to choose from. While we were sold on the MDX after the test drive vs another competitor we cross shopped, our buying experience at Acura of Denville made it much sweeter when we drove off in our new car. Now that we are happy Acura owners, their service department has some high expectations to meet after our pleasant experience on the sales side. I hope they come through as well. More
