The staff was rude, taking a phone call and filling out a form as my wife and I sat and watched. I signaled him more then one time to stop the call and continue with us. He didnt. I made thee calls to the dealership to two salespeople. None were returned. I asked a salesman if he can give me a better price then his first offer. He came back with a higher price. This baffled me My title was not with me., I had to get a duplicate, spending a very very small amount of money. For a sale of this size I would think the cost would be absorbed by the dealership. Famalierizing me with the features, some were explained, many were not. More
This is the THIRD Acura RDX I have leased from Acura of Denville. The service department is wonderful. The people there are friendly, and get you in-and-out quickly. I usually detest the experience of leasing a new car and negotiating with sales people but Acura of Denville made the experience surprisingly pleasant. From the second I walked in it was a very smooth and negotiating with sales people but Acura of Denville made the experience surprisingly pleasant. From the second I walked in it was a very smooth and stress free experience. Peter Spiro, our sales associate, was very helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Pete was not push at all - which is a huge plus! He was very knowledgable about the car, and helpful working out what I felt was a very fair and resonable quote. Before my husband went in to test drive the car and follow up on the deal, Acura of Denville posted a Summer White Out Sale online and when he went in, he didn't even have to bring it up, Pete informed my husband right away of the new (lower) price and worked off that instead of the origional quote. We feel we were treated very fairly with respect and didn't have to nickel and dime to get a reasonable price (even before the White Out Sale). The finance department (Michael Fazio) was also very easy and pleasant to work with. My husband and I had a really great experience leasing our new Acura and we will be very happy to to return to Acura of Denville (especially to Pete) for future car purchases because of the quality of customer service (not to mention we love the car). We are very pleased with our experinece there so far and would definitely recommend this dealership. More
Very easy purchase. I received a price over the internet that was way below the list or list plus junk I didn't need price at other dealerships in the area. Steve in Sales was terrific. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the product and inventory, honest, straightforward and dedicated to support a sale. The only problem I had was with the Business/ knowledgeable about the product and inventory, honest, straightforward and dedicated to support a sale. The only problem I had was with the Business/ Finance function. My check was from a recently merged bank and the Dealership bank, Valley National refused to process the check. My bank assured me that the check would clear but even after multiple phone calls I was made to obtain a Cashiers check. This process lost me 2 half days and cancelled appointments which in my view was not necessary. I was told that the Dealership Owner would not process my check based on their bank position. Without this negative experience I would rate the Dealership at 5 stars. More
