My first contact was with Mary Beth who was very helpful and since I was looking for the New 2014 MDX and very few models were available we went back and forth many times and every time (including weekend) and since I was looking for the New 2014 MDX and very few models were available we went back and forth many times and every time (including weekend) I got an respond within a very short time. I spoke with a lot of different dealership, but was not able to but the car since no one had the color/model/package I was looking for in stock. Last Friday I got a call from Mary and she said they have the car in stock and told me to come in. I had to leave work early, since I could not wait and when I got to the dealership Mary introduce me to Tom Holland. I had already test driven the car, so I gave him my lowest quote and within 10 min he got offered me the same price. Tom knew everything about the car and took the time to show my wife how everything works and helped her connect her phone. All I have to say is they are fantastic, you will not regret getting your car here!!! More

I initially contacted a number of dealerships, but not only was Acura of Denville the nearest to me (and therefore the first one I visited) but they had given the best price on the car I wanted to buy. The salesman, Steve Victor, was helpful and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with when I made the purchase. When I returned a few days later to pick up the vehicle, the extras I had ordered had not been installed. All places make mistakes, but it is how those mistakes are handled that is important. Needless to say, not only were they incredibly apologetic (I was even contacted by the VP, Steven Lustig) but they went out of there way to rectify the mistake and make sure I was completely happy. Despite the misstep, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for an Acura. More
