The staff was rude, taking a phone call and filling out a form as my wife and I sat and watched. I signaled him more then one time to stop the call and continue with us. He didnt. This baffled me My title was not with me., I had to get a duplicate, spending a very very small amount of money. For a sale of this size I would think the cost would be absorbed by the dealership.
