From first encounter with used vehicle sales manager to final visit to have plates put on, I was treated like a valued customer, even though this was my first visit to this dealer. They were upfront about everything about the vehicle, and went the "extra-mile" to get me financing so that I could leave with my truck that same day. Although five years old, the truck looked like it had just some off the assembly line. The dealer had even had new tires installed and insisted on having me come back to get repaired and painted, at their expense, two TINY flaws in the rear bumper and front fender. The only small complaint I have is that the dealer never called to let me know that the new license plates had arrived, so I wound up driving illegally for about a week. More

I've been looking for a used car for about 2-3 months, and i saw an 07 A4 on there website. They are an extremely strait forward and professional dealership. When i went in to purchase my car it took only a half hour and i was out with my car. I got a pretty competitive internet quote for a TL from this dealership and down payment was through the trade in of my Old 2006 Honda Accord. Right from when my wife and I entered the dealership to drivin this dealership and down payment was through the trade in of my Old 2006 Honda Accord. Right from when my wife and I entered the dealership to driving off our new Acura TL, the whole team comprising of Steve Victor, Mary-Beth and later Mike from finance made us feel very comfortable and were very transparent in the complete process. Compared to my prior experiences in other brand dealerships, these professionals were transparent down to the last detail on the pricing, add-ons like insurance options, recommendations etc. They clearly took time to understand what will make it a good deal from our standpoint and were willing to work towards it. Also, they provided very competitive financing options at 0.9% APR for 36 months. They also stayed past closing hours to close out the paperwork, prepping the car(not sure who from service did the job, but it was very well done) etc. There were also a couple of follow-up actions required on the accessories. Steve made it a point to check on our schedules and secure an earliest appointment to get this done. Very good experience and will highly recommend this dealership! More
Best experience at a car dealer. Based on my old dealer I was ready to dump Acura for another name plate. Decided to give them one more chance and this dealer kept me in the franchise. We arrived at the dealership after a long trip from PA with two little kids. We were ready to purchase the car. We dealt with Frankie over the phone and negotiated pretty nice deal on a advertised FACTORY with two little kids. We were ready to purchase the car. We dealt with Frankie over the phone and negotiated pretty nice deal on a advertised FACTORY CERTIFIED 2011 Acura MDX. Frank was nothing but great, not pushy and very professional. However, we found the car to have painted back bumper, broken tail light and making horrible thumping noise when breaking. Driving wheel was also shaking during breaking . Breaks? Rotors? Tires? who know!?, the point is....this is not what we would expect from the CERTIFIED car. What kinda a poor certification process is this? It should be 150 point inspection and to find such a obvious issues with the car is UNACCEPTABLE. We were offered the possibility to come back if the noise does not stop in couple of days, we live 1.5 hrs away) also the new tail light...we left with a very bad taste in our mouths and drove back home with no car.
