I needed to purchase a new car and went to the dealership with a very specific car in mind. I was greeted right away by Frankie who was friendly and ready to help. Over the years I have bought several cars and I can honestly say I usually dread the experience because it's usually a very long back and forth process with pushy sales associates who always have to "talk to their managers" and never meet your price only for me to end up leaving with a call back a week later saying they will "accept my price". Buying a car is usually a big game and a hassle that I try to avoid. This experience with completly opposite of any of the ones I have experienced in the past. Frankie didn't play the game. He was honest and forthcoming and not pushy. He offered me a very fair price for the car I traded in and when I declined the extended warranity I only had to say no to him once and that was it. He made the overall experince relaxing and enjoyable, and it was a pleaseure to work with him. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car. More
Steve Victor is terrific. bright, amiable, very good and patient at explaining details to us. And he put effort into lowering the price as much as possible. couldn't ask for a better experience in buying a car, and feeling informed about it, and I would definitely go back. The reason I didn't put "5" for friendliness, above, is that until we met with Steve, it felt like the other salespeople were indifferent. In fact, I thought of leaving. Thank goodness we didn't. Steve's friendliness is OUTSTANDING, on the other hand. Look for him if you can, if going there. We asked about trading in our old car, an old but low-mileage car in excellent shape. We felt the price offered was low and are trying to sell it on our own. This is why I put a "good" rating (4) on the price above. I don't believe the trade-in price was up to Steve. But as far as the price for the Acura we bought I would put a "5" RATING for STEVE is definitely a "5"!! Sorry not to be able to rate the overall dealership the same, but still an excellent place I'd recommend to anyone. More
We are very pleased with our beautiful new Acura RDX, and extremely pleased with the person who sold it to us, Steve Victor. My husband and I were in the market for a new SUV and over the span of a month or so we went to a number of dealerships just to look. We looked at Volvos, BMWs, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Jeeps, etc., but nothing really grabbed us. On the way to a movie on a Saturday night, I suggested that we stop at Acura of Denville. It was just a few minutes before the dealership closed, but we were just looking and had no intention of speaking to a salesperson. I approached the showroom and Steve Victor met me at the door. The dealership was closing, but he invited me in. He motioned for my husband to come in and asked if we wanted to go out for a test drive; we said okay. Before we left, Steve gave us very competitive pricing for both the 2013 and 2014 models and said he would call me on Monday. When he called he was very polite, not at all condescending, and we came to a fair price that my husband was very pleased with. We told him we wanted the Black Acura with parchment interior. We arranged to finalize the sale and pick up the car on the last day of April, which was also the last day of a special promotion they were having. At the last minute, I changed my mind about the color. I went out to the dealership and Steve walked me around and showed me the color choices on the lot. He also searched the internet to find other color combinations that he could have transferred over from other dealerships, even though with a transfer Acura of Denville could not have made the sale before the end of the month. But Steve Victor is more concerned about pleasing his customers. In the end we picked up our new White Acura at the end of the day (from the lot) and he went over all the features of the car, including setting up the bluetooth for our cell phones. My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with Steve Victor and Acura of Denville... and we love our new Acura RDX! More

I went through 4 Acura dealerships before getting to Acura of Denville and I truly regret the time that I wasted at the other 4. I traveled from Staten Island, NY to Denville thinking that this is just Acura of Denville and I truly regret the time that I wasted at the other 4. I traveled from Staten Island, NY to Denville thinking that this is just another average dealership in a line of many. But, I was SO WRONG. At Acura of Denville I had an incredible car-buying experience and let me say this is not my first time buying or leasing a brand-new vehicle. This was by far my best overall experience. In my mind, this is exactly how the car business should be operated. I was fortunate enough to meet Peter Spiro. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I did not feel pushed or manipulated into anything. I got an amazing deal on both, my new vehicle and trade-in. It felt that Peter would go an extra mile to insure a total customer satisfaction and I wasn’t an easy customer with my trade-in and many accessories I was planning to purchase. I could say exactly the same thing about Michael Fazio, the Business Manager. He was very attentive to detail, informative and upfront. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Peter in particular as a sales person to anyone. I have purchased many cars from many dealers and I had the best experience at the Acura of Denville. You are treated with respect, and never talked down to, with suggestions and recommendations made in your favor. While a sales manager myself (in another industry) I have a sense of when manipulation is employed and it never happens here. An outstanding experience, which has repeated itself four times with both Steve Victor and Acura of Denville. More
