I initially contacted a number of dealerships, but not only was Acura of Denville the nearest to me (and therefore the first one I visited) but they had given the best price on the car I wanted to buy. The salesman, Steve Victor, was helpful and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with when I made the purchase. When I returned a few days later to pick up the vehicle, the extras I had ordered had not been installed. All places make mistakes, but it is how those mistakes are handled that is important. Needless to say, not only were they incredibly apologetic (I was even contacted by the VP, Steven Lustig) but they went out of there way to rectify the mistake and make sure I was completely happy. Despite the misstep, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for an Acura. More

This most recent purchase gave me the chance to met the new sales manager who was helpful and work with a great finance manage who made the process so simple. Both times I went to Acura first with other cars in mind and that was my only stop in car shopping. This time they worked with me to get the price per month that I needed and get me the car in the color that I wanted. Overall the whole expirence was so easy and the end results were great. I am now driving the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and the monthly price is where I needed it to be. If another Acura is in my furture I will be sure my first stop again is with Steve. He makes car shopping easy and painless, he is helpful and he makes you feel as if he will do just about anything in his power to make you happy. More
