We bought a 2013 MDX. Mark was our salesperson. We were very pleased with the sales experience. I knew which truck I wanted and Mark found the color that I wanted on the lot and we made arrangements to pi very pleased with the sales experience. I knew which truck I wanted and Mark found the color that I wanted on the lot and we made arrangements to pick it up 48 hours later. The delivery went smoothly. The second key to the truck was not available so we were told that it would be given to us when we picked up our license plates. Two days before our temp tage was due to expire, I realized that no one ever called to say our license plates were in. I called the dealership and received an aloof, "Oh, yeah. They're here." We didn't receive the key when we got our plates and called the dealership when we got home. Our salesperson took a couple of days to call us back. He told us it was in the mail and that we would receive it at the end of the week. A week later I called back and spoke to Mary Beth, who answered the phone, and told her that we had not received the key. Marybeth told me that she would check into it and call me back. I never heard back from her. I called the sales manager, Russ, and explained the situation to him. He told me today (almost two weeks later) that the key is being mailed out today. Apparently, it had never been mailed before? Not sure as we were not provided an explanation. Four days later we still never received the key so I called Russ back again. He didn't even get on the phone after I called twice and only had a sales person relay to us that the key is no longer where it was left to be mailed out by the office girls. We would need to check back on Monday. He actually didn't even offer to all us back - again we would need to be the ones to contact the dealership. My next phone will be to Acura Client Relations to file a complaint when they open on Monday morning, as a second key is part of our lease package. More

The Technology Package that came in the car is amazing... It does everything you can imagine, and more. I cannot thank Erik Dimayuga, Mike Fazio and the entire staff at Acura of Denville enough. As a young woman shopping around on my own, I found it frustrating that some dealers didn't take me seriously and didn't take the time to answer all of my questions. At Acura of Denville, I felt super comfortable and there was no haggling needed when it came to the price. I was given the best price, and shown the best finance and warranty options to fit my needs. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. Thank you everyone!!! More

When I first went to the dealer, I was in research mode. I was downsizing in vehicle size. I had not purchased a car in a few years and just wanted to test drive.
