From first encounter with used vehicle sales manager to final visit to have plates put on, I was treated like a valued customer, even though this was my first visit to this dealer. They were upfront about final visit to have plates put on, I was treated like a valued customer, even though this was my first visit to this dealer. They were upfront about everything about the vehicle, and went the "extra-mile" to get me financing so that I could leave with my truck that same day. Although five years old, the truck looked like it had just some off the assembly line. The dealer had even had new tires installed and insisted on having me come back to get repaired and painted, at their expense, two TINY flaws in the rear bumper and front fender. The only small complaint I have is that the dealer never called to let me know that the new license plates had arrived, so I wound up driving illegally for about a week. More
