I don't ever recommend anything or anybody, but this place was great, the whole staff was great. Our lease was coming up on an Nissan and it was time to look for a new vehicle. Family members have had great experience with Acura in the past so we decided to see what was available. Steve was pleasant, direct and honest. It was not a hard sell. We had walked out of a different dealership the week before because of the negotiation games they were playing. I recently bought a 2013 Acura which was a smooth process but when I went to renew my registration (had it transferred from last car) that is when all of the problems began. I received my paperwork for rene but when I went to renew my registration (had it transferred from last car) that is when all of the problems began. I received my paperwork for renewing the paperwork from the DMV and I was being charged double of what it should have been. Upon further investigating with the DMV it turns out Acura of Denville (Jackie) filed my paperwork wrong and put down the wrong weight class on the title. The DMV advised me to call Acura of Denville to have this sorted out due to financing the car and not having a copy of the title. I called and spoke with Michael in finance who was very unhelpful and claimed he had no idea what to do but would forward over all of my information and have Jackie call me back to sort out this situation. After several days of not hearing back from Jackie i called and left 2 voicemail's on her extension. Still no call back after a week so I called and asked for the General Manager (Steve) and left a voicemail. AGAIN no call back from him either. I tried calling again and spoke with Frankie (salesman) this time who promised to help me out and call me back as soon as he had an answer on what to do. AGAIN never received a call back..... I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THE PURCHASE. More
