My husband and I went into the dealership expecting to drive home with a 2013 RDX and our expectations were met. We were not pressured or forced into making a decision and found our salesman to be very co drive home with a 2013 RDX and our expectations were met. Updating my prior post--I would be remiss in no calling out Mary Beth internet managere and Mike (finance manager for their friendly and efficient services. I first got in touch to the dealership through out Mary Beth internet managere and Mike (finance manager for their friendly and efficient services. I first got in touch to the dealership through Mary Beth via the web. She was responsive and atentive without being in the least bit aggressive. I closed the deal with Mike, and he was very accomodating, not only in going through all of the extended warranty, Lo Jack, etc. options but in setting up apointmnents, shaving a buck or two off here and there and otherwise walki8ng me through the process in a professional manner. You might say that without Mary Beth I might never have come to Acura of Denville, and without Mike I might never have left with a purchase. A good bunch. More

The sales folks and finance team were friendly and helpful without being high-pressure. Sure they wanted to sell you a car, but that's their business, right? They knew their stuff about their cars and that of their competition. They were competitive on price. I could probably have shaved another $500 off if I wanted to dicker over every option, but that's not who I am. Everyone's gotta come away with something. In the end, I think I was treated fairly and with respect, I think I got a fair price on a great automobile, and I think that both the dealership and I walked away feeling good about the deal. That is what I call a successful transaction. They were responsive and were able to pull everything together on my timetable. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends, and expect that they would be treated as I was. And look up Alex--he's Da Bomb! More
Acura of Denville was great. They gave me a fair price for my trade and treated very well. They did not have the Acura MDX in stock with the features I want in White so Peter got my the car I wanted in W for my trade and treated very well. Peter spent a lot of time showing me my new car and explaining everything to me. Lincoln lost a loyal customer to Acura, a far Superior car. This dealership gave an Internet quote without hesitation. Other dealerships, such as East Brunswick Acura, state clearly online they will provide a quote but when they call you, they refuse to gi hesitation. Other dealerships, such as East Brunswick Acura, state clearly online they will provide a quote but when they call you, they refuse to give you a quote -- saying their policy is to not provide quotes over the phone or email. Not only did Denville provide a quote, they provided a breakdown of all costs -- destination, documentation, tax, title, registration, tire, and other fees. I have never seen a dealer do this before -- and put it in writing, taking the chance that I might go to another dealer to beat the quote. I was able to go in and basically knock down a few hundred dollars from the Internet quote (which was already $900 below the invoice price listed on Edmunds - but c'mon, who really knows what the invoice price is) within 30 minutes. 3 complaints -- I was told that the RDX was in stock when it really wasn't (don't say it's in stock just to get me in the door, when it's really not). And, the Parts department would not match the HandA Accessories website prices, which were more than 20% off from the dealer listed prices. Additionally, Denville offers 2 oil changes and 1 tire rotation in the first year of ownership. I was dismayed that Denville would not simply trade this service (supposedly worth $500 to them) for $400 worth of accessories. Just write me a note saying I can't go to Denville for any oil changes. A no-brainer here. More
