The trade-in value was very fair, the purchase price within our budget and expectations and we found there was absolutely no pressure to decide, as is normal with most dealerships. We found the car we liked within their huge inventory, all the paperwork was prepared by the business manager relatively quickly and we were escorted to the new vehicle for a thorough tutorial on the many features and operating controls that we may have been unfamiliar with.
