I purchased a 2012 Acura MDX and the entire experience was very smooth and hassle free. I called Mary beth and took an internet quote, which was the lowest by far compared to any other dealer in NJ. I scheduled a time and took delivery of my vehicle. Bobby did a great job of going over the details and getting the vehicle ready for delivery. Chris and Eric did a great job of getting all the paperwork done without any hassle. This dealership quotes the lowest price of all and sticks to it without any gimmicks. I have only one issue. The service shop closes at 1PM on Saturday, but the sales team didn't disclose this to us. This is something to keep in mind, because if you are at the dealership and made the decision to purchase the vehicle and take delivery on a Saturday, you would have to make another trip on a weekday, unless you get there early before the shop closes. If you are coming from a far away location, this becomes an issue. Other than that I found my experience to be very smooth and pleasant.I would definitely recommend this to everyone. More

I purchased a new 2013 Acura RDX from Acura of Denville. I couldn't have asked for an easier, quicker, or better buying experience. The team there was amazing. Mary Beth, the internet manager, was very quick to respond, and her quote was OUTSTANDING. For once a dealer really gave me a no-haggle price that I was willing to accept as-is. I didn't have to spend hours haggling over price. After pricing in a few accessories, I was all set. I took delivery on a Friday, and Mary Beth and Gregg, the salesman were at the dealership to greet me. Gregg did a great job going over the features of the car with my wife. The car was spotless clean. The dealership had also installed the mud guards and body side moldings on the car prior to my intent to purchase. Rather than try and upsell me on those items, they honored the quoted price and gave them to me at no additional charge. The car even came with a full tank of gas. It's the little things sometimes...Christie, the finance manager, went over our paperwork, and outlined all of our fees. No hidden charges, nothing extra. In fact, we were actually intitially quoted ~$20 or so more on the DMV fee, and Christie caught the error and was refunding us the difference. Overall, like I said, I would GLADLY recommend Acura of Denville, and Mary Beth, Gregg, and Christie, to anyone in the market for a car. I don't live locally to Denville, but their price and service were well worth the extra drive. A+ job by all. More

This is my first experience with Acura and it was amazing. We bought a 2010 Acura TL and the process was a pleasure from start to finish. We worked with Gregg Schneider throughout and he was excellent. Gregg was very knowledgable, helpful and completely up front about everything - all the surprises were good ones. When we bought the car we told the Acura folks that we were moving to North Carolina in less than 30 days so we needed to have registration and title processing done quickly. When there was a delay in getting the DMV to complete the paperwork and our deadline was coming up, without any prompting from me Gregg personally took charge and along with Christie and Mary Beth got the documents done in time. This was far beyond the level of customer service I was used to with other dealers - I have bought 5 new cars in the past and none of them have come close. Between an excellent machine and a great dealer experience I am an Acura fan for life. Thanks Gregg!!! More
