This dealership gave an Internet quote without hesitation. Other dealerships, such as East Brunswick Acura, state clearly online they will provide a quote but when they call you, they refuse to gi hesitation. Other dealerships, such as East Brunswick Acura, state clearly online they will provide a quote but when they call you, they refuse to give you a quote -- saying their policy is to not provide quotes over the phone or email. Not only did Denville provide a quote, they provided a breakdown of all costs -- destination, documentation, tax, title, registration, tire, and other fees. I have never seen a dealer do this before -- and put it in writing, taking the chance that I might go to another dealer to beat the quote. I was able to go in and basically knock down a few hundred dollars from the Internet quote (which was already $900 below the invoice price listed on Edmunds - but c'mon, who really knows what the invoice price is) within 30 minutes. 3 complaints -- I was told that the RDX was in stock when it really wasn't (don't say it's in stock just to get me in the door, when it's really not). And, the Parts department would not match the HandA Accessories website prices, which were more than 20% off from the dealer listed prices. Additionally, Denville offers 2 oil changes and 1 tire rotation in the first year of ownership. I was dismayed that Denville would not simply trade this service (supposedly worth $500 to them) for $400 worth of accessories. Just write me a note saying I can't go to Denville for any oil changes. A no-brainer here. More

I have been looking for a certain pre owned MDX and ran into one at Denville Acura. I was connected with Eric the used car mgr and from the moment I spoke to Eric until I took my MDX home, the experience I into one at Denville Acura. He is a straight shooter, reliable, and I felt totally comfortable dealing with him throughout the entire transaction! My wife has been to Denville Acura 6 times in the past 5 months to fix 2 issues (both under warranty). During her first visit, she was told they needed to order the part. During her second visit Denville months to fix 2 issues (both under warranty). During her first visit, she was told they needed to order the part. During her second visit Denville did the repair. A few weeks later the same issue occured with the same part. She set an appointment and went back to the dealer. During the appt, they told her they needed to re-order the part. This is 4 visits for something that I believe many dealerships would have taken care of in one visit. A different part broke a few months later, so we went back hoping they would be on the ball this time. They told her they needed to order the part again. During her 6th visit, the car was fixed. We've decided this was the last straw and will not be returning to Denville. Nice people, but totally unprepared. More
