He was very attentive, and I believe was able to work with me on pricing. He followed up quickly to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, and I actually went back to meet with the sales associate to go through the car technology a week aware purchased the car. Even though the purchase was complete, he still wanted to spend as much time as I needed to go through the features of the car. I would recommend this dealership and sales associate. More

My experience at Denville Acura was for the most part exactly how i thought it would be. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. I could relate to him on many levels given his age and experience. I exactly how i thought it would be. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. I gave the highest ratings above with the exception of a few due to the fact that i did not see the base package of the vehicle i was going to lease. I test drove the Acura ILX Tech Package which was outstanding. Knowing i was going to lease the basic ILX, i would have liked to see the inside of the vehicle. That aside, i love my car and will definitely return to this dealer for future business. More
We had a great experience working with Steve Victor when we went in to test drive the new 2013 ILX. We were not expecting to leave that day with a car but ended up driving it home. He took us for a test drive and had all papers ready to go as we spoke with our insurance company. He walked us through the entire process to make sure everything was handled. From my very 1st inquiry about a vehicle, my experience with Acura of Denville was outstanding. I requested an ePrice on an Acura MDX. Within 5 minutes of clicking the submit button, I received a fol with Acura of Denville was outstanding. I requested an ePrice on an Acura MDX. Within 5 minutes of clicking the submit button, I received a follow up call from Mary Beth. While the call came quickly, there was absolutely ZERO pressure on making a purchase or a decision. Mary Beth walked me through the eprice, introduced me to the dealer, and outlined every additional fee associated with a vehicle purchase. (taxes, title, registration etc). She asked if I was interested in test driving the car and then arranged for a test drive the following day. With regards to the ePrice, it was better than I expected. It was lower than CarsDirect.com target price or Edmund's true market value price. It was even lower than my own target price based on my own research. No gimmicks - just up front pricing with all details outlined. Upon my arrival the next day, Mary Beth introduced me to Steve Victor who assisted me with setting up the test drive. He walked me through the vehicle settings and features and then let me take the car on my own. Again with zero pressure. Considering it was the day before thanksgiving and the dealership was near closing, I wanted to sit on the decision for 24 hours. Once again there was ZERO pressure and Steve took the time to answer every one of my questions. At that point, he told me that he would be available for any more questions when I am ready. After spending another day finalizing my research, I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase Friday morning. They gave me a more than fair price on my trade-in and the financing options currently available via Acura Financial (0.9% for 60 months) made it an easy decision! In the past I have been to dealers that attempt to pressure you into a decision or wont give you the time of day when all you want is to test drive the vehicle. My experience here was the exact opposite. Mary Beth and Steve were informative and helpful without ever trying to lure me into any quick decisions. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an excellent sales experience on a new Acura. (or used for that matter!) More

Alex guided me through the sales process of purchasing my first vehicle and took out a lot of the stress that I assumed was associated with car shopping. Then entire time, I felt as though Alex was my advocate in the process and his follow-up after the transaction was finished was much appreciated (end (saving me the hour + trip to go pick up my extra keys and registration by sending them in the mail for me). I highly recommend the members of the sales team that I met with and helped through the process. I will be sending anyone that I know in the market for a new or used vehicle to this dealership!! I then arranged to come in later that day and Mary Beth turned me over to Gregg Schneider who answered my many questions and I finally selected the color I wanted. I picked up the car the following day. This is the clearly the best buying experience of the 8 cars I have purchased and would strongly recommend this team and dealer for a pain-free and efficient transaction. More

Within 45 minutes, I traded in my old car and purchased a 2013 RDX. I returned 3 hours later to pick up the vehicle. Alex reviewed the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with everything.
