I have purchased 2 cars and 2 suvs from this dealership. Peter Spiro has been my sales person for 3 of the 4 vehicles. Dana is so wonderful and customer focused. On short notice she has to accommodate my needs. This dealership goes out of their way to keep their customer's happy. My family has bought and leased two RLs, bought a TSX and RSX from this dealer. There's a reason why we keep coming back. I've had my RL serviced here for routine maintenance work and always dealt with Dan RSX from this dealer. There's a reason why we keep coming back. I've had my RL serviced here for routine maintenance work and always dealt with Dana. She is outstanding, very knowledgable and I always feel safe at the dealership, not at all as if the Service Department is going to take advantage of me because I am female and have over 100k miles on the car. I recently moved to the Jersey Shore and still go back for service. There are plenty of dealerships closer to me, but I trust Dana. The ONLY problem I have with the dealership is that there isn't an RL model on the showroom floor. I haven't seen one in two years and the answer I get from Sales is that they are not expecting any in. That doesn't make sense. I'm sure if I went to a Mercedes or BMW dealer (which I would never do) and asked to see their top of the line sedan, in the 50K+ range, I'd get a better answer. I want to test drive the new revamped 2013 RL. Hopefully they'll bring one in. Other than that, I'll always bring my business to Denville. Keep up the good work. More

One of the best experiences I've had of buying a car. I'm always nervous as a woman going in to buy a car, but I felt so comfortable dealing with Gregg and the rest of the staff. This is the fifth Acura we've purchased from Pete Spiro. Obviously, we believe Acura to be a superior product but we also keep returning to Acura of Denville because of Pete. We were considering another TL but this would have been our fifth one in a row and my wife was thinking about going with something different this time. It was Pete who informed us about the 2013 RDX that was veing introduced this Spring and how much improved it would be. He was very enthusiastic about the car so we decided to wait for it to see how it looked and drove. Following our test drive my wife agreed it was the change she was looking for and we order one. We picked it up last week and my wife loves it. Pete did a great job showing us all the features and setting up the phone and garage opener. As with our other Acura purchases, Pete never disappoints. We got a letter asking us to consider turning in our leased vehicle early for a brand new car at a lower monthly rate with more of a mileage allowance. Approx 2 weeks ago I purchased a vehicle from from Acura of Denville. It was a busy saturday afternoon and it looked liked all the sales associates were all tied up assisting other customers. One of the managers asked if I was taken care of and when I told him not yet he immediately offered his assistance rather than waiting for a sales associate to free up! Right there and then I felt comfortable and willing to deal with this dealership for the first time! Luckily I ended up dealing with the pre owned mgr, Erik D., since I was looking for a certified TSX. Long story short, I took delivery a couple days after and love the car! This whole experience with Acura of Denville was effortless and satisfying from start to finish! I would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More
