When I decided it was time for a new car, I "kicked tires" at several other dealerships (both Acura and other manufacturers) before heading back to Acura of Denville. I purchased my 2005 TL from there tires" at several other dealerships (both Acura and other manufacturers) before heading back to Acura of Denville. I purchased my 2005 TL from there, and remembered how professional and thorough Pete was in explaining the car's features, financing options, etc. I requested an online quote and within an hour, Harold responded with an offer that I thought was outstanding. We communicated via e-mail for a couple of days (during the Holiday season). I never waited more than an hour or two for a response. Sometimes he responded within minutes. Harold always answered every question to my complete satisfaction. My decision was an easy one - I wanted the 2012 TL. For the financing, I spoke with Christie. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable and had every piece of documentation ready when I arrived. She answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. Harold then talked me through the features on the car and again did not leave anything to question. I drove away, knowing I had made the right decision at the right dealership. My purchase experience with Acura of Denville was a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership - whether I was working directly with them or not - took the time to say hello and asked if I needed any help or had any questions while Harold was temporarily detained. I never felt pressured - I felt like I was visiting old friends. The "customer-first" slogan is used by seemingly every dealership. Acura of Denville really means it. More
Was looking for a certified preowned RDX and found a 2011 on line from Acura of Denville. Having owned 2 Acuras previously I knew I wanted to stay with the line. I had a 1991 Integra GS that I purchased from on line from Acura of Denville. Having owned 2 Acuras previously I knew I wanted to stay with the line. I had a 1991 Integra GS that I purchased from Acura of Denvile which I kept until I purchased a 2002 TL-S from another dealership in New Jersey. I emailed Harold and got a very prompt reply followed up with a prompt phone call. He was able to accept an appointment for a test drive that same day. All in all it was a very easy process and look forward to another 10 years of being a happy Acura owner and dealing with the nice folks at Acura of Denville. After this positive experience at Acura of Denville I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. More

There were no back and forth games, they presented me with a good offer right away. I got a fair value for my trade (thanks to Erik), a fair deal on the new (used) car, and Christie in finance was able to secure me a really fantastic interest rate - she even stayed after her shift to get me my approval, which put my mind at ease and I really appreciated! Upon delivery the car was missing a key, and even AFTER the paperwork was signed they agreed to either get the key from the previous owner, or said they would pay for a new one to be made. I drove all the way from Long Island to do business with Acura of Denville because they had the car I wanted, but now I think I will definitely make the trip again in the future because they provided service that exceeded my expectations. First, let me say that I ended up NOT buying from Acura of Denville. I wanted to leave this post b/c I had a really great experience with Pete Spiro at this dealership though I did not get an Acura--I just of Denville. Not getting the MDX had nothing to do with service or the deal. The price was really good as was the service. We just ended up going a different direction with SUV choices (scaled back to either Pilot or Highlander). Pete worked up a great 2012 MDX deal for us and he was exceptional through the whole process. He respected my time, was transparent with the #s, and was very fair/realistic. He was great to deal with! He is a super nice guy to work with! In fact, I shopped a few of the NJ Acura dealerships and really found Pete and Acura-of-Denville to be best experience. More

Harold Marin was the sales rep on a purchase of a 2008 TL and he was quite enjoyable to work with due to his low-key nature. He and the financial rep explained the warranty coverage thoroughly. The car itself was three years old, but appeared to be new due to excellent wheel, body and interior reconditioning. Buying a car is never a very pleasurable experience, but this one was pretty close! More
