I just leased my 4th Acura on September 29th. The 2011 MDX I leased is my second car from Acura of Denville. I had also leased my second Acura, a 2006 TL from Acura of Denville. I had made a mistake in not returning to Acura of Denville for my 3rd Acura, a 2009 RDX. I ended up having a horrible experience with that car and was miserable with my purchase. I was so upset with the RDX that I had made up my mind that I was not going to return for another Acura. However, on a whim I decided to stop by Acura of Denville to speak to Steve Victor (who sold me my TL). Steve and Mike listened to my story and wanted to keep me an Acura customer. They presented me with an offer that met all of needs and changed my mind about leaving Acura. My entire experience with this last car purchase was pleasant and handled in a professional matter. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase as I was when I purchased my TL from Acura of Denville. I am looking for a 2007 used MDX and have been shopping around. My first stop before thinking about buying a car was choosing a respectful dealer (thank you dealer rater). They take the time to respond to every single comment and that is a great customer service. This is the second Acura dealer that I will visit this week and I will defiantly rate both dealers after I visit AOD today.
