Arul, AS mentioned, I am on vacation with my family and unable by phone. I would like the opportunity to discuss things via this message thread. I understand somewhat of your experience, however, I have a very hard time believing that Christie would be using her blackberry with you in her office as you have portrayed in your review both here on and Google. Christie is extremely professional, has extremely high CSI, and the fact that we video record every transaction in that office and I have never in hundreds of transactions see her do anything like what you are suggesting is something I need to discuss with you. If she was on her phone when you were out of the office, that is a different story than what you are saying. As far as the Sales Manager no saying hello to you while you are in the Finance office, that is company policy that is pretty standard in our business. When the Finance Manager is working with a client, it is integral that they are not interrupted. Mike wasn't being rude, he was being professional. I think it is quite unfair that you describe the situation as you did and paint it in a negative way. I have been in this business long enough to know that more clients would find it rude that the Sales Manager interrupted the Finance transaction by barging in there and cutting off the presentation than clients like yourself who think it is rude for him to enter the room and not greet the client. We are an extremely professional organization, our staff acts accordingly to the standards we set upon them. That being said, I would like to discuss everything with you. Pleas respond to this message and describe what you feel was unprofessional. Thank You, Steven

I do not have any personal agenda to say negative about anyone. I just described as it is. If you find it hard to believe and get very diffensive, then there is no room for further discussion. It is imperative that you are unwilling to look into negative feedback. So, without wasting any more of our time, let's close this conversation.

All I have done was reach out to you to discuss your situation. I didn't have to, but I did. Most dealer principals wouldn't. You ignore the effort, that is your own agenda. Firstly, what amazes me is that you can say I am "unwilling to look into negative feedback" while I am sitting here trying to communicate with you while I am on vacation with my family. Since you felt the need to mention all the German cars you have owned, I doubt any of the owners of the dealerships would be contacting a disgruntled client on their vacation. Nor did I ever say you had a personal agenda towards anyone. Those are your words. That you chose to state that first after not being prompted to in any way is the very definition of the word "defensive" and provides plenty of insight for me. Secondly, I am not defensive at all. Nor am I dismissive, which is exactly what you have been here by saying "let's close this conversation". All I did was suggest that I have a hard time believing our Finance Director was on her blackberry with you in the office. Since you have had such a reaction to that, I am now certain that she was not. I think you and I both know that. I will go look at the video tape of your transaction when I am home for the proof I suppose. All I can say is that since you have chosen a public forum to post a review of a business, your review best be accurate. If it isn't, then you will be hearing from us. I also added that our Sales Manager was following company policy and not being rude. Another fact you choose to ignore. Thirdly, everyone who posts a review, both negative and positive has an agenda. To think otherwise ignores the impetus and motivation, and shows a lack of understanding of the human psyche. Again, all I have tried to do is assist a client who felt they were treated unprofessionally. Since you have no interest in my effort, then I will agree to not contact you any further.

Fine by me. You contacted me out of your own interest and without even talking to me, you keep on justifying. I don't really understand what your intentions are other than saying my assessment was wrong. If you think your folks at the dealership are the best, good for you. All the best. All I did was, wrote what I had experienced at your dealership. It is MY experience. I am not bothering you to reconcile anything. You contacted me first and I am trying to cooperate with you. It's funny you are getting angry at a customer without even fully understanding.
