will mispresent the car to you and will lie about it, I currently bought an MDX and discovered that at the spot but unfortuntly was too late because I signed the contract after trusting the salesman. they currently bought an MDX and discovered that at the spot but unfortuntly was too late because I signed the contract after trusting the salesman. they will claim owner not available and does not own a cell phone!.Owner left me a massage with manager that I am stucck with car and asked me to go to court. No customer service picked car with no gas and was left in the cold outside dealership with no one showing how the car even work, I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I went into this dealership prepared to purchase a 2007 RDX. No games to haggleing.... not only were the salesmen & The Finance & Insurance Manager Rude..they could care less about customer service. All they were interested in was getting my money and signing all of the paperwork. Im going to make sure I tell all my friends and Relatives NOT to go to this dealership! This place is so back in time that every time you call the phone rings between 5-10 times before they answer, when they answer they normally ask you to hold on for a second,that last about 2-5 minutes. When they finally answer the phone to get an OIL CHANGE you need to make an appoitment for up to two weeks ahead.Appointment for an oil change! hello! If i had the tools it will take me 15 minutes.you guys are professionals.<br><br>Guys please!
