Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review of our dealership and the Service Dept. of Acura of Denville. In particular, thank you for all of your kind words about Dana. Dana has been with us for some time now and has always been there to assist our clients and brighten their day. We are very happy that she is part of our team and is an asset to our dealership. As far as the RL goes, that is actually out of our hands is the manufacturer has not made any of them available to us. Unfortunately, our hands our tied there. We'd love to have them in stock, but since Acura is now in production with the 2013 RLX, the replacement to the RL, we have to wait until that vehicle is available. I saw it at the Auto show in NY a few weeks back and it looks to be very impressive, a quantum leap from the 2011 RL. I would like to thank you for being a valued member of the Acura of Denville family, and in case you don;t get our next e-newsletter, there is a great special in it for clients with vehicles over 100k miles that may be of interest to you.
