Groove auto Subaru before would not service my Honda Ridgeline. I called just to see this time and they said yes. I guess the new Autostar Subaru allows servicing of other vehicle besides Chrysler Jeep Ridgeline. I called just to see this time and they said yes. I guess the new Autostar Subaru allows servicing of other vehicle besides Chrysler Jeep Dodge Subaru which saved me a trip to Denver to a Honda dealer. My service advisor had my back at drop off I was in a hurry to make it down to children's hospital for surgery with my kids appendix. He took good care of my truck and got everything taken care of. From now on auto star Subaru is my go to for car service. We bought my Jeep here when it was groove. Then bought my wife's Subaru from here when it was becoming auto star. Great folks and awesome service. More
Customer Service could be better when checking in and out. Employees not motivated. Paying at the cashier is annoying. I don’t remember who the service advisor was and his picture isn’t in the menu, however he did a terrific job getting me in and out.
